Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or special sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you locate your order. Please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us at gworam.designs@gmail.com if you need assistance.

Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the address or issue a refund for packages sent to the wrong address.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
